We have had this a full year and my 3.5year old uses it daily!! My 9 year old also uses it but does not use the swing! We gave this to our daughter as a christmas gift and were incredibly surprised by the quality! We looked at a lot of indoor play gyms and ultimately this fit our space best. We also put a little soft chair under the ladder and our daughter loves to sit there and read and play. We have hardwoods and decided to put little nonstick grips under it to keep it from sliding as our daughter loves to swing high! I will add the swing took her a little trial and error if she went to far back she fell off the backside of the swing but eventually got the hang of it!

this thing has been through it this hurricane season... and it looks as good as the day I got it! unreal. as a native Floridian I did not think this was going to last long, I was very happily surprised . this is fabulous! however, it is a little ruff, so a light scuff sanding might not be a super bad idea on the outdoor option.

The media could not be loaded. This was our son's gift for his first birthday and the only "CON" I can think about is that I'll probably never be able to beat it! Here go the PROS:- At first, I thought he might be too young for it but, as you can see, he's training to become the next Ninja Warrior and, even if your baby can only use the swing for now, we all know that hands-free time is GOLD.- It will hopefully be used and loved for years! At his party we had kids from 7 months to 6 years and they all enjoyed it!- It doesn't take much space AND it folds. We have it outside and plan to cover it or bring it inside depending on weather just to make sure it stays in top shape.- It was pretty easy and fast to assemble.- It's just beautiful and exactly what kids need nowadays: healthy, active fun!!- Avenlur's customer service is AMAZING! We didn't receive the baby swing in the original shipment, which seems to be a recurring issue and I suspect it's actually Amazon Fulfillment's responsibility so please look into that!! Anyways, just one call directly to Avenlur and they did everything in their power to make sure I received it in time for my son's birthday. Special shout-out to Mila and Regan! I know this review is about the product but you just don't see customer service like that nowadays so THANK YOU!If you've read this far, stop thinking about it! Yes, it's and investment but the value is unmatched! Order it and go play!!

This set was ordered for our one year old. It was fairly easy to put together, has a nice finish on it and seems to be sturdy enough. Also love that it folds with just a few easy steps.The cloth swing attachment was not sent with the original purchase of the set (just the wood swing). The manufacturer forgot to include it before shipping.That being said, a quick email to the company resolved the issue within 24 hours and we are now being sent the cloth swing attachment.Very happy with this product and the customer service provided.

Less than a hour to build with two people!

It did not come with the baby swing like advertised. The swing bar also does not fit. How do I even return an item this large? This was our 1st bday gift for our baby
