The long hose doesn't work to use apart from the jug the cap isn't tight on the jug either. It's awkward to pull the spout out. Continuously gets air pockets from cheap quality

I love this 2 in 1 Desktop Water Dispenser, Electric Folding Water Pump for 5 Gallon bottles.This works amazingly well.I like that you can use it on the stand on the counter and run the included longer silicone hose down to the bottle or you can take it off the stand and use it directly on top of the bottle.I did remove a star because of one really annoying and unnecessary feature. The flip-up nozzle.If you fold the nozzle down after use, every time you flip it up to use it again, it will just start pumping water on its own without you pressing the button to start it so you have to be ready with the cup as soon as you flip the nozzle up or you will have a mess on your hands.I have no clue why they decided to do this as it is not only unnecessary, it's downright annoying so I just keep the nozzle up at all times rendering that feature useless.

This little baby is just what I needed to make me drink water. If you are a non water drinker, this will help I promise. It's helping me. One, to remember to drink water, and two, for the convenience it's giving me. It's right beside my bed and I got the five gallon bottle from the local grocery. This is definitely worth having. I was paying for one of those water subscriptions where they provide the dispenser and water every month but that was getting way too expensive. This is so much easier, saves more space and has the same outcome and all I have to do is replace the water.

I teach in a school where we have water coolers for staff use. The cooler is in the main office and sometimes the bottle is empty and other times I wind up having to make small talk or hear gossip when all I want is to get some water. With this pump, I can keep a bottle in my room and drink away in peace. It's room temperature, which is rather cool all year anyway, so I don't mind. Besides, very cold water is not recommended for me, so room temp is ideal. I'm happy with this. A+
