Good for making pozole
Totally in love with this product, I am Mexican and I love pozole and this is a very good substitute of maiz small pieces but the same flavour I highly recommend it definitely I will get it again in a bigger pack.

Packet had a small hole in it. Nevertheless still cooked well.

I use this to prepare a Mexican dish. Ideally I would like the hominy to be full instead of torn in smaller pieces, but the flavour is exactly what I was expecting it to be and it cooked very quickly. Prompt delivery and great value for money. Will definitely buy again!
