Power Couple: A Novel (Zane Presents)

Ms. Allison. Hobbs has done an incredible job in her latest page turner. I couldn't put it down! I enjoyed it from beginning to end even though I couldn't stand either of the main characters at times. She has uncanny ability to create characters that make me want to reach through the book and slap silly. Both Maverick and Cori gave me this feeling at times but I couldn't stop reading it. I hated that this book had to end. Bottom line: GET THIS BOOK!!!!! It's a purchase that you will not regret!

Let me start off by saying I love Allison's style of writing, she is definitely one of my favorite authors. Now on to the book, I liked this book {4 stars} but I did not love this book {5 stars}. I think I was expecting an explosion at the end, especially when dealing with Cori's nasty attitude from beginning to end. Regardless, I'm still a fan for life.

Well, she has done it again, and yet again. Allison Hobbs is truly talented and I appreciate all of her hard work. She has ultimately become my favorite author of all time. Thank you again, Allison, for your your wonderful skill. I look forward to reading more and more.

I love Allison Hobbs, and while this seems to be a tamer version of her books, I will always be a fan and can't wait until the next book comes out..

The executive producer Josh was a control freak and a sneaky coward.Cori and her husband Maverick had an arrangement that he got to step out of their marriage on special occasions. Those special occasions started to become more frequent and it started to affect their marriage.Maverick hated how jealous Cori was, but some may say she had every right to be because of his behaviors. Some may also say Cori wasn't giving her Husband enough time or attention because she constantly was on set filming her show.Their marriage began to suffer to the point Cori started bringing women home for Maverick to have fun with and do the kinky things she wasn't willing to do. She realized that backfired on her, because it became his every night addiction. Things also get ugly when Cori tricked her husband with a woman that becomes their surrogate.When Cori realizes she could no longer save her marriage she starts to get involved with a contestant on her show and things started to get ugly from there.Pick up your copy to see how it gets down and dirty.

This was a great book I enjoyed these characters and the way they all developed in this story. It teaches you not to take love for granted and appreciate people and not their financial status.

Ms. Hobbs does it again. A brilliantly written tale that will leave you wanting more chapter and chapter. Its a great ride - and you wont be disappointed.

As always Allison Didn't disappoint. The story was steamy but realistic the ending was perfect! An old fashion story of love lost and found!
