These bands are easy to use and provide great resistance. The primary use is Baseball related to strengthen my sons throwing arm but also to warm up to get loose prior to practicing and games.

I gambled on this to see how they would hold up to the original and so far it is almost identical. Most of the kids on my sons travel ball team have original j-bands and I wanted to get this to both save some money but also compare the 2. If they were way off, I was ready to return them and pay for originals however after using them for, there is no need and we kept them. He has been using them for a couple of months now (4-5 times per week) and they are holding up very well. The tension on the red seems to be almost identical to the originals. The wrist strap is identical. Time will tell on how long they last and I will update this post but so far they are holding up very well. Worth the money here to buy a "knockoff" :-)

The college navy blue bands are very tight and highly don’t recommend them for anyone. The bands are made with very high quality and look good. Highly recommend them but get the youth resistant to actually get best warmup with them

I bought these Arm Pro Bands for my 10U ballplayer for strength and arm care back in March. He's used them consistently and they're great. He was told by his pitching coach "You are not allowed to pick up a baseball without doing your arm bands first. Pitching or not. No throwing until your arm is warm". He's been doing them since. I've also convinced several other teammates to purchase these bands so now they line up early and do a full arm care routine before starting catch. Love it.

It has a higher resistance compared to J bands so if you prefer lighter stretchier bands then I would get J bands but that aside these work fine and they come with a bag which is cool I guess.

They're so great that I bought a second set - one for home and the other in by baseball bag. The rubber bands and velcro wrists seem durable and as-new as when I first got them over a year ago. I bought this specific one as the product specifies the targeted audience/level/strength. Also, these were less expensive than the leading brands.The only downside I will give is that the velcro for the anchor, when used, you may start to hear the stress of the velcro about to undo. Not the most assuring thought. So try to anchor using the carabiner as much as possible, as you don't want to have the thought of the anchor velcro coming undone and flying straight back to your heard/face. I've used the velcro several times, and has yet to come undone on me, but try to avoid using when possible.

Impressed with the quality. The bag and the attchments are a nice extra as well. The exercises they come with are bad but easy enough to find the original ones online.

This item is great quality, sturdy, a great exercise tool for my son And myself.

could use more instruction with it. Videos and Youtube sites aren't very good.
