I like the feel of the keys. Touch-typing is easy. Nice travel distance, key size, and feedback when pressed. Good: backlighting. There are four lit settings, and 'off' There's plenty of cable to reach between my mac and where I type. There's a slight lift so that they keyboard doesn't lay completely flat on a table. It also has four non-skid bumpers for when you work on a smooth surface such as glass. Don't like: The brightness keys don't work for my external monitor screen. The Mac Mini doesn't have a built-in monitor. The volume keys don't work for the external monitor's speaker, either. Like: The mute and volume keys do actually work for a) the Mac Mini builtin speakers b) whatever is plugged into the Mini's 3.5m headphone jack and c) Bluetooth speakers I'm using a mac Mini running MacOS 14.5 Sonoma. Like: Spotlight and toggle Desktop buttons work.

I just got this. Works perfectly with my Mac. The buttons are nicely laid out with enough space between them to conveniently type. The backlit is fantastic. I am kicking myself for sticking with the Apple keyboard all these years. I cannot comment on the durability of this product yet though.

This keyboard has a great feel. It's low profile but not your average low profile keyboard. I'm used to the Apple keyboards with keys that are full vertical size, and it feels natural to move to this one. This keyboard is EXACTLY the same keyboard as the "Macally Backlit Wired Keyboard for Mac | Compatible Apple Keyboard (Small and Compact) Comfortable All Day Typing USB Keyboard for MacBook Pro/Air, iMac, Mac Mini/Pro," but for $15 less. I know because I just bought both of them and I can see they're exactly the same keyboard - the only difference is the silkscreening on the keys and the color. Even the boxes are exactly the same, besides different graphics. I may keep the Macally because the black keys will stay cleaner looking than this one with white keys. But I really love the feel of these keyboards, and they're exactly the same.

It is backlit, lightweight and takes up a lot less space on your desk. The only way to delete something you typed is to go beyond the error and use the backup key over the item. Have gotten very used to doing that so it works for us....we have ordered several.

Works great, I like the color and the adjustable lighting.

I have an Apple Magic Keyboard but have never liked the feel and travel of the keys, and the keys are not backlit. I also have a Logitech MX, 3-function, full-size keyboard with curved, backlit keys; but it is large and heavy which takes up too much space on my computer desktop cabinet. I have been looking for a keyboard similar to this one with very good reviews and which were not frequently returned, and this keyboard is almost perfect. I wish it was wireless, but I have aligned the cable out-of-the way so as not to hinder operations and be able to move the keyboard. The cable is plenty long for all conditions.

It’s perfect I needed a small wired keyboard for my Mac mini because wireless goes to sleep too much and this is the perfect keyboard for me, very affordable, comfortable, works perfectly easy to use light and the backlight is great. Definitely recommend

I've been using the keyboard for two days, and the backlight function is no longer working. When I plugged the keyboard into my laptop, it didn't work until I tried multiple times (Fn + F2 keys), and I had to shut down my laptop for the night. The next morning, the backlight function wasn't working, and I tried so many times to get it back, but nothing. My office is on the dark side because of migraines, so a backlight feature is a must. Also, my laptop didn't 'recognize' the laptop when it powered up today. A minor inconvenience, but something of note. Other than that, the laptop is nice and works well, especially for the price. It's just a major feature that I bought it for is not functioning.

Backlighted keys are very useful in low lighting if your eyesight isn't great. Good quality keyboard, feels solidly made. Backlight can be switched off or down in brightness which is better in daylight. Perfect for my needs.

very nice keyboard. i bought this keyboard as a replacement for the standard imac keyboard. the look and feel is very nice also the keyboard is way more readable during the day and night(see photo's for comparison) The backlight is not even on every key but it does not bother that much. function keys are the same as standard keyboard. FN functions as a lock but is off by default. when off the function keys are the same as standard keyboard so you can change brightness and volume without the need of pressing function key

Despues de buscar cientos de modelos aquí... llegué a este pues buscaba que fuera de cable y que tuviera el volumen como mac.. todos los perixx a excepción de unos cuantos no me servían por las teclas de volumen.. logitech ya no fabrica con cable en este tamaño, todo lo mini es wireless y lo quería para una mac entonces me decidí. El precio fue de $670 lo cual se me hace muy elevado pero a manera de capricho me lo compré, igual y esta bonito y la iluminación esta cool. Previamente compre un logitech y me decepcionó la calidad/precio.. Pero con este fue mayor , Es mas frágil , el cable parece mas fragil que el del teclado mas generico de $100 que veas, y honestamente no se ve que rinda uso rudo o muy largo plazo... el color es otro factor que no ayuda a largo plazo. No deja de ser un teclado bonito y funcional, pero simplemente a ese precio estuvo rudo, Quiza a la mitad si le pusiera sus 5 estrellas.

Very high value for the price. Buttons are super comfy to press, also soft. Accurate spelling experience. Great size.

Finché ha funzionato, niente da eccepire. Poi, tutto in una volta, dopo qualche mese una serie di pulsanti non ha più funzionato e ho dovuto comprare una tastiera diversa.
