Iphone and case can easily be locked and unlocked into this neat contraption. The trick is remembering to lock it. I’ve stuck it in there and rode around for an hour before I thought to check, and the phone never even came close to falling out. It does shift up and down somewhat throughout an hour ride, but not unreasonably so. I’m sure if used some tape on the handlebars underneath it and gave it something more substantial for it to grip onto, it’d be fine, but it’s not really bothered me.I can’t really conceive of an easier way to use a phone while biking than this arrangement, for music or maps and such. It’s lasted a summer of daily use on bike trails and urban riding. If it showed any sign of significant wear I would easily buy one for next year, but there’s no need.

This is not good for motorcycles. It will not work as it will not fit near hand cotrils on handlebars; must go lower down and then your phone is not able to be facing you.
