Works but fair-quality materials.
Cables connect well, and I believe there will be little if any RF leakage and low SWR.However, it does not look like it was made with quality materials. It doesn't have the right "feel" of a quality chrome-plated part. My guess is to keep it very dry -- no condensation!

Falls Apart After 2 Uses
Poorly made, you get what you pay for. Insulator and pin come apart. It's not worth sending back so save your money.

Basic function, chain is nice.
Basic dust cap for SO-239 connector. I bought this one because of the chain and ring so that I wouldn't loose the cap in the field. I'm protecting an MFJ-1979 telescoping antenna for 20 meter band and I wanted something to keep debris out of the stud used to ground and connect.The chain is relatively strong looking and the retainer ring is not as thin as I thought, so over all happy with the units.Be aware, that you will want some 5/8 inch stainless nuts to hold the retainer ring in place. The thin profile ones are hard to find, so I ended up using standard sized nuts which worked on this project but would be too big for most others.To protect the 3/8-24 side of the stud, I used a nylon toilet seat screw. My mobile antenna system is not completely dust protected.

Was as shown and not too bad quality wise.
Besides the cheap chains the secure the cap it's thread's where ok definitely not heavy duty but will definitely keep some debris out of the connection.
