Thought I’d try a flat palette because the ones with the wells and paintbrush-holder-bumps can be a pain to clean. Flat is definitely much easier to wash up afterwards! Nice that the acrylic also comes with plastic covers on so they are very clean and transparent once unwrapped. Plus they are ridged and sturdy in the hand, and didn’t suffer any when I scrubbed them clean afterwards. The only minor downside was that I wasn’t too keen on the thumb hole. The cut edges aren’t cushioned so the plastic digs into your thumb a bit painfully if you are holding it that way. But it’s not much bother for me as I paint with the pallet on a regular table. Overall very pleased with purchase and the style.

Cheap and cheerless
They're not smooth so when micxing oils with a pallet knife the knife drags,Also when you clean because they're not smooth they retain pigment.Also not clear like the pictures show!
