Did not have any parts problems whatsoever with this unit like other reviewer claimed. It also has an awesome floor attachment system in which no bolts can be seen. This makes it look very elegant and easy to clean. Flushing power is awesome. I liked the first one I bought so much that I ordered 3 more to replace all the toilets in my house.

This was by far the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. I bought this for a full bathroom remodel and it was a nightmare. The toilet arrived without the piece that attaches the toilet to the drain— you know, that thing that’s pretty vital to the operation of the unit. The toilet seat was also broken. All of this was discovered when my contractor opened the box to install the toilet. I messaged the seller (Amazon) about it and they told me they died they have the product in stock and wouldn’t for 3-4 weeks. They offered that they’ll pay for a replacement part if I opt to source one myself from Kohler. That’s great and all but that doesn’t reimburse me for the additional time that my contractor had to spend on this job because of their screw up. It doesn’t reimburse me for the hours I’ve lost at work to go take care of this snafu. And it doesn’t reimburse my contractor for the delay in starting his next project because he’s having to spend additional hours on figuring this out because amazon can’t be a responsible seller. This is hands down the worst buying experience I have ever had.

Installed in January 2019. Was great until a month ago. After you flush there is a dripping noise for a solid 10 mins. we have to keep bathroom door closed. And now water won't come out of the front of the toilet to clean the bowl. I can put a single tab of TP in the front of the bowl and flush and it wont move!!!?? The Kohler I replaced was 15 years old, sorry I changed it.

I like the toilet but would never order a Kohler product from Amazon again. It cost me so much because a major piece was missing. My plumber had to call Kohler and have them overnight. Needed to schedule them to come back but they couldn’t come until after the holidays. I thought I’d save some $ ordering this way but it ended up costing me more. (Same thing with the Koehler sink I ordered)!
