The bike is heavy so get someone to help you assemble it otherwise it will take u some time to get the rear suspension on. I flipped the bike over so it was super simple to put the front tire on and if u find the brakes to tight I just slide my pocket knife in the front which widened it up and it slipped right in. When FedEx delivered the bike they only dropped off the 1 box to me so I didn't get the front tire I called FedEx up and they said no it wasn't on the truck there was only the 1 item. So I contacted eAhora and let them know I didn't get the front tire they got back to me in 13 hours of my email and managed to find the other box that FedEx did have but they broke up the shipment and told me where FedEx had it and when it would be delivered. FedEx couldn't find it at all and told me I needed to contact the seller so eAhora 5/5 FedEx 3/5 only because they still delivered second box the next day

The kick stand and front forks are vary cheep. But easy enough to upgrade. Aside from that, great bike.

I have had this bike for a month now and I have had no problems. The suspension is wonderful and the bike is fast. The headlight is great for exploring at night, and the fat tires are amazing for going over terrain. The rear rack is super convenient for carrying my stuff around. The bike has held up it's promise of its range of 100+ miles, which is amazing for getting around. The brakes are super responsive and fast. I am super happy with the purchase!
