We really like them!
Bought two of them for our new apartment! They are pretty solid and sturdy. However, the photos on the instructions are wrong, but we made it through by referring to the item photos, so just a tiny con, except for this everything else is fine

Beautiful MCM Design
Easy assembly (about 10 minutes/chair) as long as all screws (only 9) are not tightened completely until all pieces are in place. This helps tremendously with aligning all holes. These chairs arrived in perfect condition. They are packaged extremely well. The chairs are very sturdy and I would think tipping back is not an issue. I originally purchased these to use with a small, walnut dinette table. The wood of the chairs is darker (more of a coffee color) and after considering a return, I decided to keep the chairs for another use. I love the mid-century vibe and having extra seating available with entertaining comes in handy. The fabric seems to be durable and is a textured, subtle black/gray pattern. The seats are firm (hence the 4-star rating for comfort) but great for dining use.
