Well made but undersized
I'm a medium in everything (well almost ;-) ) and the size guide suggested 14.5" calves translated into an M for these shin guards. I found that the medium-sized guards were far too tight, very difficult to get on, and the zip would not remain closed. I exchanged the guards for the large size and they are fine. If you are towards the top end of the large size in the guard then you may also find these shin guards too tight.The guards appear to be very well made, but only time will tell.

I would buy these again
Just what I needed to help with the fear that I get with box jumps following a nasty scrape! These fit will and hold up and do not restrict any movement.

Bloody shins is not cool.
I am no longer kicked out of the gym, for bleeding on the floor, when deadlifting. Best product ever. The zippers are dumb and useless though.

Undersized
Ordered size M, received size S, but the size S looked like it was made for kids, it was super tiny... I never ordered another pair as I think even the size L would be way too small.

A little tight.
A little tight, so I would go a size up (reason for 4 stars and not 5). Apart from that, a great product!
