PMD504-R Multiple Reticle Red Dot Sight Compatible with RMR Footprint and Picatinny Mount - Shake Awake 1x24mm Micro Reflex Sight 2 MOA Dot 62 MOA Circle Optic

I have been pleasantly surprised by this feature packed sight. It comes with a rail mount, as well as other mounting hardware so you can use it on multiple platforms with ease. You can choose between 3 different reticle options as well as multiple brightness settings that are easily cycled through. The PMD504 made sighting in quick and easy, and it held its zero well as I was able to consistently stay on target. Pair that with its auto awake feature and long battery life, this sight is a home run. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone that is looking for a great and affordable red dot sight.

Truly a great sight. As an airsofter, I take my sights and other gear pretty seriously as I actually use it for target acquisition compared to simple range target practice, so it gets to really go through the thick of it. While I haven't been able to field it in a live game yet, I've put it through the test on my own time and it has truly performed better than expected. The sight is a durable construction unlike many of the cheap knockoffs you'll find elsewhere, the picture is clear (just make sure you wipe the lens, I smudged mine at first and didn't realize!) and the auto wake feature is so helpful for those who forget to turn their sights off (myself included!) It held up to a rainy day in Michigan today, as well as me dropping it into the mud while falling down a hill. If you're looking for a sight that doesn't break the bank but will absolutely perform as well as a top dollar sight, this is the one you want!

I own a couple of these, and they’ve been durable and reliable despite the low price. The dot is clear and easily sighted in. I also like the “trench” at the rear which aids cowitnessing with iron sights.

Overall finish is superb. I mounted it on my G41 in the rear dovetail using an equally high quality adapter mounting plate from DPP, P/N: GI-02TI, A titanium part. It was a tight fit, but moved well with a sight pusher. No punches and hammers for me. The Votatu PMD504 optic was a perfect fit on the DPP adapter plate. I used a muzzle style bore sighter and the optic's reticle was nearly perfect to the bore sighter dot. But, since I've not been able to test fire this optical sight, I'll have to do a second review after shooting. I've seen several reviews of this sight on U-Tube, and it was always very reliable, held zero, and even worked well after being purposely damaged and nearly destroyed. Some comments mentioned that it wouldn't be a first choice for EDC. I don't know why not. I would certainly trust it if I would have to shoot in self defense. I'll be buying another Votatu PMD 504 pretty soon for my AK with an after market dust cover with integral Picittiny rail. I highly recommend this item.

Right off the bat I noticed this was in a nice sturdy box and upon opening the box noticed its was really packaged well. Of course I went right for the Red Dot itself. The cover on the Red Dot is good thick softer rubber, it fits the Red Dot very well and is much nicer than the covers on my other 2 Red Dots. It comes with screw and allen wrenches, a lens cleaning cloth, an extra battery which I was very happy about. The instructions were easy to follow. Mounting it and sighting it in was very easy. The brightness has 8 day time setting and 2 night time setting which is very easy to adjust. 3 reticles and they are easy to change. Motion activation works well. I am super happy and defiantly recommend this Red Dot.

I had hiven this product 5 stars for the following reason. I'm a retired law enforcement officer who works now as private security. I purchased this red dot to be installed in my duty firearm. I installed the red dot and tested the entire system ( firearm, ammunition, sights, magazines, and red dot). After my initial test (300 rounds), I inspected the firearm and placed it in a case which includes enough space for a large red dot. I didn't notice then any issues with the On/Off rubber pad. I noticed yesterday June 25th that the pad was out of the frame. I was not able to get the pad back in place. It seems it had expanded and not fitting the frame. The only thing I can think of is that firearms get hot causing the pad to expand. I contacted Amazon knowing that my 30 days return window had expired. The Amazon associate helped me contact Votatu Outdoors. In less than 24 hours they replaced the unit for a new one. This is amazing customer service. I received the message June 26th 2025. Once I received the new unt, I installed it with ease on a Ruger RXM with the screws that came with the red dot. I didn't have any issues especially with the notoriously difficult right screw on the right side of the mount of the RXM. The unit performed great during testing. It didn't moved, lose zero, neither it flickered during the fire cycle. The shake awake, britnes, reticles and the rest of the features performed as intended. My problem now is that just over a year and the rubber control pad is out of the frame again in the same way it looks in the pictures. I figure that during use I have grabbed the control pad displacing it. For that reason I'm not only blaming the manufacturer. I'm including me in the mix since I use the firearm in realistic rough duty practice. I really wanted this unit to do well. I had so much hope I purchased a second one in green for another pistol. Unfortunately this control pad is too fragile for realistic duty use. Therefore. I cannot recommend this unit for duty or security use. I hope Votatu takes notice of this and fixes the problem. As for the unit, I replaced it with another brand.

Great optic for a Ruger 22/45. Extremely easy to set up and adjust. This compares well to other more expensive brands of optics. The reticle is very easy to see on bright daylight. The housing is made from aluminum and seems very strong. The only downside is the device is only warrantied for a year. Other more expensive brands have a lifetime warranty. That is the only downside I can see. This is a great product and I plan to use it often.

Mounted to Sig M18 and a PSA Dagger S. Holds zero, nice and bright for daylight, but dims appropriately for dusk and nighttime use. Update: I really wanted this sight to work. It holds zero very well. And when it's on, it's very nice. The issue is the battery tray. It does not stay in quite well enough with use - meaning that at times when in heavy use at the range the battery tray may move out a little and the red dot goes away until the tray is pressed on and pushed back in. I may try wedging something in there since it is past the return window, but I am hesitant to trust this optic with my life at this point. For use on a plinking/range gun, where you can take the extra second to push the tray if it cuts off then it is fine, irritating maybe, but whatever. If I need it to perform without fail as an EDC optic - I can't trust it. We have two of them and sadly will be replacing both.

I purchased this sight after trying a cheaper $90 model from another brand which had a large flare coming off the dot. The dot on this sight is much better, very crisp with no bleed or flare into the surrounding window. Bright enough even for sunny days. The circle and ring makes finding the dot very easy. Material quality is excellent and is optically very good as well, with a clear picture and no parallax to speak of at 10-25m. It is extremely accurate, the adjustments track properly and it holds zero through day to day handling. I can't really speak to heavy recoil handling as it is mounted on a PCP pistol. Overall I'm very pleased with this sight.

Works great on my .22. was sceptical, but it holds zero, battery lasts forever, and it's fairly durable. I just wouldn't hit it too hard.

It’s nice but I was looking for a green lens, the picture on the ad looks green but it is definitely red.. oh well I guess, just a bit misleading. I’m sure it’s a great red dot otherwise

Tried many different rmrs and this one works the best, great option of reticle, very light, has held zero for 7.62x39 rounds after 150 rounds

Adjustment clicks have a decent feel to them. The dot:reticle is visible and bright under day conditions. Holds zero.
