Bra for excessive side spillage?

This type of bra is more suitable for women with small frame. I am a size M (in US) and I bought a bra size L. It was way too small. The cups were the size of a golf ball. The material was a very good quality, smooth and shiny. I ended up returning it and got something that fit at Walmart, size M.

?36H what size should I get

I wear a 48C, so I chose the largest size which was a 4XL. I hope that helps.
