I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and it was absolutely beautiful. Had a nice blingy shine, good quality, real silver and silver cloth was included. My daughter loved it.

The charm is really beautiful. The gemstones shine very brightly, and accentuate the banner with the writing on it. Got this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Please remember that the actual charm is smaller than it appears on the website, but looks great on her charm bracelet.
