UGREEN USB Printer Cable USB A to B for HP, Canon, Epson, Dell 2M

Purchased to link between Epsom printer and computer for printing/scanning. Works well and I am really impressed with Ugreen products

U green is my go to basic cable brand. They are always good value for money, reliable and well made. This one is no exception. Recommended.

I bought a new router with lots of options and read that enabling WPS is not a good idea for security, so I decided to disable it and plugged in the old printer USB cable instead, which had always worked reliably in the past. A few days went by before I needed to use the printer and it threw up an error message, but I found that switching the printer off and on seemed to fix it. Half an hour later all the lights were flashing with an error message that indicated low inks. This seemed plausible, so I bought a whole new set of eco-tank inks only to find similar issues, but frustratingly the error messages were variable. The printer is 3 years old and I was mulling over whether to spend £250 on a new one or possibly send it to Epson as the one of the error messages indicated. I did some thinking and realised that the error had never occurred before switching from wifi to USB, so I temporarily enabled WPS and the error went away. A quick visit to Amazon and I found this cable which looked good quality and arrived quickly. I plugged it in and it has worked flawlessly ever since. If you are having printer issues it's worth checking the cable and not read too much into error messages.

I was having trouble with my Epson SC-900 printer while using WiFi, prints were regularly stopping before the end of the printing process and wasting very expensive paper and ink. I decided to try a cable connection so bought this one. It has not disappointed, I haven't had one failed print since buying this and have been using it regularly for over two months now. I estimate that it has already paid for itself several times over by me not wasting the paper and ink I was prior to purchasing . Anyone having the same frustrating issues I as was (incomplete printing or connection errors) with their printer, which has this particular USB A to B connection, I would highly recommend. It may also save on hair products as you will probably stop pulling your hair out.

It's a good quality USB cable. It's difficult to find much more to say about it.

Does the job perfectly

La calidad del cable me sorprendió gratamente y además cumple su función a la perfección, lo compré de 3m para conectar una laptop y funciona de maravilla, lo único lamentable es que me quedo corto pero aún así estoy totalmente satisfecho con la compra. Lo estoy usando en conjunto con el IOGEAR GUB211 Printer Auto Sharing Switch, de venta también aquí en Amazon y la verdad es que fue una compra verdaderamente satisfactoria, seguramente comprare mas adelante un cable similar pero de 5m, esta marca Ugreen me esta pareciendo muy buena opción frente a otras marcas de mayor prestigio pero mas caras.
