Has preservatives
Unfortunately, we found out only after the package arrived that the product contained preservatives that would not work for us in the brewing process. Our usual Mexican piloncillo has not been available. bummer.

Ingredients Listed Incorrectly
The pictures show the only ingredient is cane juice. What I received shows cane sugar juice and potassium sorbate (preservative).
