What are the red buttons in the back for?

The red button stops the light from easily coming off of the mounting screw.

Which direction does the light face in each set? Is it equal in the pack? Does the light shine to the right or the left if you are looking at stairs?

Each triangle light is equal, all the same. You can face them any way you'd like. I have them sitting on each step with the light shining onto each step. I bought the bright white and they work great. Just make sure that the solar panel is in direct sunlight so they will charge.

What are all 7 colors?

There are 3 choices. One set is Cool white, one set is warm white and one set is Rainbow which is red, blue & green. There's nothing that indicates there are 7 colors.

Will the sticky tape stick to concrete?

If the concrete is cleaned it should work.
