Our "Firm" mattress purchased a few years ago was no longer compatible with the needs of our aging bodies. Our mattress was so hard that neither of us could ever get a complete nights sleep without being awakened by the discomfort of the hard mattress. Rather than purchase a new softer mattress so soon, we purchased this Perfect Cloud mattress topper gambling that it would soften our too-hard mattress and decrease our nightly restlessness and discomfort. We just finished our fifth night on the Perfect Cloud topper and the sleep quality improvement has been dramatic and lasting. Prior to the Perfect Cloud topper my wife and I each awakened multiple times per night with discomfort and neither of us ever got a full nights uninterrupted sleep. In the five nights we have slept on the Perfect Cloud topper, neither of us has awakened once and we are far more rested than we have been for a long time. I rarely give much credence to testimonials about a product due to the immeasurable flaws and bias inherent in most testimonials. This mattress topper came with an offer to return the product for a full refund if it did not improve our sleep and if we were not completely happy with its performance. The Perfect Cloud mattress topper has given us a measurably improved sleep experience benefit over a five-night period which we believe is equal to, or perhaps greater than, the sleep improvement we would likely have achieved with the purchase of a new softer mattress, and for a fraction of the cost and no risk that we would make another poor choice purchasing a replacement mattress. There is no chance we will be returning our Perfect Cloud mattress topper. I placed all of the shipping materials in the recycle bin this morning. We bought this for my mom for Christmas, opened it up to put it on the bed and there’s a giant lump in foam all the way down the middle. Left it out hoping it would settle but nothing ever happened. It’s like the lump is permanently in there. Now I have to figure out how to put this back in the box to return it. Very very unhappy. Do NOT recommend at all!!!

I really did quite a bit of reading and research on mattress toppers before making a decision as to which one I wanted. We recently purchased a new mattress which turned out to be way too firm for my liking and so I wanted to find a way to fix the problem without having to spend another $1000 to get another new mattress. I thing that helped me to decide to get this product was the 10 year warranty that none of the competitors offer anything even close. Long story short is it is unbelievable how comfortable this mattress topper is. I rarely, if ever, write reviews, it really takes alot to inspire me to leave a review for a purchase! That said, the Perfect Cloud Gel Fusion 2 inch topper is worth every penny. It's been over a month since I started sleeping on it and all I can say is I have never been happier spending $150 on anything, as much as this product. It doesn't move around on the mattress it has transformed my uncomfortable way-too firm mattress into the most comfortable nights sleep I ever had. If your on the fence as far as which one to get, pull the trigger and get it...it's a game changer. I was also very skeptical that the 2 inch topper wouldn't be thick enough to make a difference but that is just not the case. I highly recommend this product. 5 stars all the way.

The Perfect Cloud topper arrived on time and the product I received was exactly as described in the product description. The topper only took about 3 hours to fluff up to full thickness. The cover the topper is encased in is very nice, although the straps on it are not large enough to fit around my actual mattress - but I haven't had any problem with the Perfect Cloud sliding or moving around so this is fine.I've slept on the Perfect Cloud for 3 nights now. It does make my bed much more comfortable and the foam quickly forms to my body. It makes the bed a bit warmer, but this topper does not sleep as hot as the Sealy topper I had previously, thankfully. However, the topper may be a smidge too soft for me. After a couple of hours, if I try to roll over or change positions I find I am almost stuck in the topper because I have sunk into it so much. Because of this, I feel like I am waking up more often at night. Similarly, I feel like I have to climb out of bed. For reference, I only weigh about 125 pounds. I am going to keep the topper. I hope to get used to it - but even with it's squishiness, it is much more comfortable than sleeping on my firm mattress without it.
