Great to patch fiberglass tubs
Used this to repair hairline cracks in our fiberglass tub after a master bath remodel (someone stood a ladder in our tub to paint and caused very small hairline cracks to form). I used this product to fill in the cracks and will go back over with a gel coat to even out the color. Overall, I am very happy with the results. It worked much better than the MagicEzy brand also sold on Amazon.

Easy to use
Had some hairline cracks on my bow that I used this to repair. I was very easy to use and repair came out great.

Chips are better than scratches
Works really well in gouges and chips. Works poorly in cracks and scratches. It is too thick to get down into tight cracks. Rather pricy for a small amount that only works in bigger damage. If it works everywhere is rate it higher.

Did not cure properly
The product was not mixed when it came out of the tube. The white material had separated from the yellow base material. I tried blending it on the surface but it did not cure properly. (Duh!) After a week it is still tacky. I'd used this product about 15 years ago and had excellent results on a small crack in a shower wall. I thought I'd freshen up the previous repair so ordered a new tube. Don't know if it's made with inferior materials now, had been stored improperly or was just a defective batch, but I should have used my old leftover tube, which seems fine. I just thought I should use a new, fresh product. Now I have to scrape out this material and redo the patch. Good thing I have a shower in another bathroom.

I would recommend this product.
This product works great to patch the gelcoat on a fiberglass shower insert. I had a small puncture gouge through the gelcoat approximately an 1/8 inch by 1/4 inch. The product is thin and it took three applications to build up to surface level on the wall but worked exactly like I needed it too. I would apply the gelcoat patch and wait for 30 minutes for it to thicken then push it back into the gouge.I would recommend this product.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Not quite as white as my boat's gelcoat but compared to what it looked like before you can hardly notice it.

Do a good job in repairing gel coat, just a bit watery!

Worked for me
Had a bit of a chip on the inside of my Bayliner boat. About 1/2" long, 1/4" wide and 1/4" deep. Really just cosmetic but with a bit of potential to spread or chip further. This stuff is advertised as scratch repair and my chip was way more than a scratch but I had high hopes. The material was a bit runny and because my chip was on a curved surface it was difficult to fill. I used a few layers letting it dry in between coatings. This stuff is semi-grey/white while my boat is more arctic white. There's no tint kit to adjust the color but it's less noticeable than before and the chip is patched. The patch is rock hard. I guess you could sand it and shape it but it dried smooth. So I guess that's a win.

simple to use. let cure for 30 min. then smooth with sharp chisel.

Great for touch ups
Doesn’t harden up like their multi step kits or systems with a catalyst, but makes quick repairs as they happen. Can be scraped out later to allow a more permanent or proper approach
