Full marks for Customer Services.Eyesight not as it once was, the handbook proved a pain, having to photograph each page then expand it to be able to read the contents, was too much.If I couldn't read it, what chance did the relative I bought it for have.A message to the manufacturer, and within hours a link arrived by email enabling me to print off a larger version of the instruction manual.

The phone all the requirements, however would not run with the sim 3G. if not for this it would have been perfect. the phone was returned.

Ordered 2 of thesewasn't very good, but as only cheap was suitable for what we wantedOne arrived and did not work so sent back for refund

not an intuitive phone, I found it confusing and unclear, the contacts need to be clearer and easier to find. I wouldn't recommend this phone for an older person.

Bought this for my elderly mum as a present. She couldn't use it, nor could I or my wife. Even the teenagers in the village Post Office really struggled just trying to top it up. 0/10 DO NOT BUY.

Great basic phone but with many features that favour elderly people, such as big button, short-cut buttons for three phone numbers and emergency call option, I will leave it to my father to explore more and update my review accordingly. So far it is good.

I highly recommend this phone, the big buttons and bright screen make it very easy for anyone to use. The SOS button that calls emergency numbers and makes a noise is good especially for elderly and young. The phone even has Bluetooth to connect to headphones or speaker. The battery lasts for ages and the charging cradle makes it simple to charge. Overall I think this is a great deal for anyone looking for a phone on a budget. 👍👍👍
