Read to the end
First of all I really recommend this book to anyone facing challenges in life or if you just like walking.I have to give this book 5 stars although I found myself getting annoyed in places. It is part of the journey! It is about a journey and it is a journey to read. I recommend reading all three of Rayner’s books for the insights she gives and thought she brings to things. Even if you may not agree with her conclusions. This is also an adventure story and a story of overcoming circumstances.Which ever way you look at it these are books of great inspiration and should continue to inspire readers in the future.

Hope
A wonderful story of a fight to prolong the life of her husband. Over 1,000 miles of wonderful descriptions of landscape. The descriptions of biodiversity and how we need to alter our thinking towards climate change. But most of all the fight against the body. Amazing read.

Beautiful depiction of love and landscapes
Raynor Winn turns writing about nature into an art form - her first book 'The Salt Path' was an unexpected delight and so I devoured this as soon as it was released. Super skilled in describing nature but also the relationship journey that her and her husband take is beautiful and well worth a read.

Book of sta ona and fortitude
This book is not only well-written, it is also tru.y inspirational. The msin catscter shows such grit and determination amidst adversity and setbacks, that you want to wrahim in cotton wool - not to be done at all, as this is the last thing he wants - or needst! An excellent book for both character and countryside appreciation. Well done

An escape
I have read all 3 of Raynor Winns books, I struggle to focus a lot (I have a noisy mind) BUT these books sucked me in from the first page, and I felt with the way that she writes and described things that I was walking the path and it's just awe inspiring. The challenges they've faced but they've faced them as a team and stuck together, spring each other on and they've kept each other going, at the end of this book I cried with happiness! Thank you for letting me join you in my imagination and giving me an escape from the world. Excited to look out for more books and adventures x

Loved it loved it loved it!
I have read all 3 of this author's books. They all bring out the wanderlust in me. They all make me want to get up and just go for it, and walk, walk, walk. I feel like I have been living vicariously through her books! I am a walker anyway and the author's books have encouraged me to do more, Especially finding out that this kind of exercise can really change our brain for the better. Neuroplasticity of the brain is real. I believe the reset of our brain can indeed be accomplished. Moth proves this. It is so easy to become involved in these peoples lives and really care about them, please keep on truck'in, as I will also due in part to your wonderful books!

Excellent read
Such a lovely book to read. Wonderful descriptions of the scenery and views. Makes you want to get your walking boots out and head for Scotland! Holds your breath wondering if Moth is going to make it. Loved the descriptions of people they met on the way. Every bit as good as Salt path.

thank you
The book was highly inspiring to me: it has truly sparked my desire to embark on a hiking trail in Cornwall as well. Walking is the healthiest form of exercise, reuniting the mind and body.

Mind blowing!
Superbly written. We walk the path with Ray and Moth and share their amazing love of nature, their sensitivity to the land and every creature, tree, flower that lives on it. We smell the earth, the sea and hear the cry of the birds … and so much more. It is impossible not to be deeply moved by their struggles and successes, and, like them, wondering where the final path will lead. But no spoilers - just read this book! And at the end of it the chances are you will assess your own life.

Inspiring!!
As with the two previous books, I found this inspiring. A continuing story of taking charge in attempting to overcome the odds when there is a debilitating illness lurking unpleasantly in the background. Very readable, and yet again beautiful cover art to draw you in.
