I am a home recreational baker so I have no prior experience with piping. I do not have any other piping kits to compare to. The two tips that I used were in perfect condition. The tip coupler was also in perfect condition and fit the tips. The other tips all look to be in perfect condition. For the price that I paid it was essentially $1/piece for a known brand. I LOVE having a case. I did have a little trouble closing the case if I rested the flower spinner on the provided resting spot.
