Best individually-lit keys RGB keyboard for the money. Simple and clean, and a pleasure to type on all day.
I love this keyboard. It's easily my favorite that I've owned, and I have had many keyboards from various manufacturers. It has a nice simple layout. Key presses have a nice solid feel to them, but don't require a heavy hand like some mechanical keys do. It's not too loud, but there is definitely audible feedback when you've pressed a key. I develop software for a living, and noisy clickity-clack keys get annoying quickly, so I'm super happy that this one isn't too loud. I absolutely love that the LED color of every single key and light on this bad boy can be individually set, and all of the effects you can create are really cool. I like the volume roller, too. A unique design, but it works well and doesn't stick way out like a knob does, and is much more pleasant to use than volume up/down buttons are. Nice simple media control buttons. I have a Cooler Master RGB keyboard where you have to hold the FN key and hit Home/End/PgUp/PgDn/etc to control media, which was VERY annoying. Overall, the G810 Orion ticks all the boxes for me. I originally bought one for my home PC, and I loved it so much I bought a second one to use at work.Logitech Gaming Software is a little confusing if you're not used to it, but it doesn't take away from how great this keyboard is.As for its refurbished-ness: If this hadn't come in a non-retail packaging, I'd have no clue it was a refurb. It's as good as new, and came with all the manuals. Didn't come with a software CD, but I don't know if the retail version does either. But who cares, it works without Logitech Gaming Software as a keyboard, and you can just download it from Logitech, which you'd do anyway even if you had the CD, to get the latest version.Another reviewer said their Caps Lock key is very slightly crooked. I didn't notice this until I inspected it closely after reading that, and both of mine are the same way, so I suspect this may just be a slight manufacturing weirdness that could be present on all G810s, including retail maybe?

I can't compare this to other mechanical keyboards because this is my very first mechanical keyboard. I always thought that they were noisy, but after comparing to the Logitech G510s (which i upgraded from) I'd have to say the rubber membrane 510s seems a little higher pitched. The 810's key press is so crisp, clean and so light that I've found myself having to initially be conscious of the weight of my own thumb, as resting it on the space bar like I did before on my old 510s would actuate the space bar (jump in game). Not a real issue because everyone has to adapt to new peripherals, it's common.Certified Refurbished=Win! This keyboard seemed pristine out of the box. Every key and button works just fine!Pros: Cheaper than the G Pro, however longer with the extra num pad. Which IMO is a necessity for IRL stuff. All the exact same features of the G Pro, minus the detachable cord, but with the addition of media controls, for less.RGB is awesome, looks consistent in every key and the fact that there is no light bleeding under the keys makes the whole board look precise with just enough RGB to keep things professional.Certified refurbished for Logitech is truly a great option for those looking to save a good amount on a top of the line keyboard.Cons: Fortunately, I haven't found anything wrong with this refurbished keyboard, but I will say that the Logitech software is difficult to understand when creating new lighting effects or setting custom effects/lighting to specific game profiles, which don't seem to activate upon launch. Software issue, not keyboard issue. No marks taken.

Resonates like a guitar when typed on. So annoying.
This keyboard, while it appears to be made of good materials, resonates like a guitar when typed on, which is something I didn't hear when typing on a very similar Logitech G910 keyboard at a local electronics store. Now that I have it here in my bedroom on my desk, I can hear it resonate every time I hit a larger key or get to the end of a word with an alphanumeric key. Now that I hear that sound, I can't unhear it. It's driving me utterly crazy. Going to be sending this keyboard back.

Works fine but janky box
So far so good. I've had my G810 for about 2 weeks now and it's worked perfectly fine as a refurbished product. My only gripe is that the box it came in was just this ugly black box with a sticker on the outside saying "Logitech G810 Orion Spectrum". The caps lock is a little crooked but I have to look really close to see it. It came with all the paperwork but it was all bent and messed up, but whatever at least the keyboard was good.

Came with a broken key
Nice looking keyboard, too bad that one utility key is broken.

Get what you pay for
It's a great keyboard I recommend buying it NEW. Refurb had a "mushy" space bar and the red LED light on the 6 key didnt work which was annoying on a RGB keyboard.

Amazing product.
The packaging was original, but certainly not in the best view. But it's all right, because the good was "Certified Refurbished". The keyboard itself is in perfect condition covered in a film. All keys work fine and the backlighting too. There is a "smell of new electronics", if you understand what I'm talking about = D. The keyboard causes delight and positive emotions. Definitely should not be afraid and buy.
