I purchased these last year.. 3 alignments came in the box am now down to the last one.. they works perfectly am gap was so wide and it’s perfect now just how I like it.

Quality is really nice and was easy to use. I have a small mouth so it was strange when the smaller size was a little to small. I can definitely feel the difference throughout the day. I'm not getting as many tension headaches 🎉.

The mouth guard never became pliable to get it around my teeth. Very disappointing.

They mold well enough. They are a little too thick though. I feel like I have chew stuffed in my lower lip.

This product is less expensive than a drugstore brand and actually works well. My dental clinician recommended I look for something less expensive than the $160.00 her boss was going to charge for the same type of device.

I've had mouth guards made at the dentists office for the purpose of reducing grinding and clenching overnight, but they're quite expensive and I was looking for alternative mouthguards to supplement them as they all wear out after 6 months. At this price they're definitely not going to last, nor should they, since they're going to be in your mouth for a while and you definately want to replace them over time. I'd consider 6 months a good lifetime for mouthguards and that this price, this will allow me to do that.Out of the package you get two different sizes of mouth guards and you'll need to find the one that's closest to the shape of your mouth. It did take a few tries to form it to my teeth to get it to fit properly, but you may need to clench your teeth harder initially to imprint them onto your teeth, but once it's done, you should not have to do it again. It's similar to what you get at the dentists office, but it goes directly onto the mouth guard instead of using paste to make a personalized mouth guard.Overall, they feel good so far and I haven't experienced any issues with the fit, of course if it doesn't quite fit for you, you can always trim it a little to fit better if you're getting some pressure points.
