Seems to work OK and looks great, but beware of back-box depth as these switches ...
Seems to work OK and looks great, but beware of back-box depth as these switches and the associated dimmer are quite deep. I had to make wooden spacers. Plastic ones can be bought from pro electrical retailers, but they are likely to be smaller than the switch which looks a bit odd. A wooden back-plate looks authentic, as 30's switches would have been toggle like these screwed to a wooden plate on the wall.
