I've always suffered with IBS and try not to take Mebeverine until it's the last resort so I thought I'd give the Simply Pure Aloe Vera Supplement a try. My reasoning is that it's natural so no harm done if it isn't the answer.I have found it surprisingly effective. I am taking it in conjunction with the Simply Pure Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules as I have also been suffering with a lot of stomach pain and bloating for a while now. Whether it's the combo, I don't know, but they have certainly made a marked improvement in my digestive system overall and I really do notice it if I miss a dose. The Aloe Vera capsules are easy to swallow (they are on the larger side but have a smooth casing that slides down with water); they have no taste and no side effects on my part, apart from making me feel much better than I have in a while.For 90 capsules, which is 3 months' supply, the price works out at around £5 a month which I think is a bargain if the supplements help you. I shall certainly carry on taking them and reordering when my supply gets low.

Having previously enjoyed aloe liquid by popular companies, but these have become very expensive, I have turned to a pill a day as an aloe Vera supplement and although this is only a few days in at the moment, it appears to be doing the same job. I like that I only have to take one of these a day and this arrives as three months supply which means I don't have to search out for a new bottle every month. I've taken this with meals and suggested and they are easy to take and there's no real after taste especially as you're taking these with food that you have chosen. I like that they are using the best part of aloe vera to make these tablets. I do not know this brand, but I don't see that as a downside at the moment. These are certainly better than some very well known brands I have tried from the High Street.
