Arus Men’s Big & Tall Long Monk Robe Hooded Full Length Turkish Cotton Bathrobe

My family just got a pool/spa - it was finished in the winter. I live in California, so it's not as cold as other places, but I live in the Central Valley, so it's not as warm as SoCal either. I ordered these robes to keep us cozy, because I knew we wouldn't be able to resist swimming, since our pool is heated.I spent over $600 buying these robes for ten people, and I have no regrets! They are thick, warm, absorbent and feel awesome! I bought my husband the XXL Extra Tall, because he's 6'2" and 200 lbs. It fits him perfectly with an extra cozy fit. I ordered the L/XL for most of my family, because I wanted them to wrap around without any gaps. I'm 5'5" and wear a size 10 and the L/XL is exactly right for me. It goes all the way down to my ankles, but I don't trip over it. I would say if you are shorter than 5'5", you might want to get the shorter one, which I did for my 5'1" daughter.These come with big pockets and are hooded for extra comfort and warmth. I literally have no complaints. Awesome robes!

This is a wonderful robe. well constructed, well stitched. The material is dense and thick, very absorbent and very soft and comfortable. I am a large man and finding a robe that actually fits has always been a challenge. That challenge has been met with this robe. it is generously proportioned so that there is more than adequate overlap coverage to cover my 54" chest and 48" waist. I am not aTall big man and it was necessary to have the robe shortened before wearing, however this was to be expected and was a small price to pay for the comfort of luxuriating in this robe.I, of course, washed in cold water before wearing and there was little or no shrinkage and no pilling of the material evident. The color was fast and no fading occurred.A great robe at a fair price

I bought this robe for my Halloween costume, dressing as a Sith (Dark Jedi from Star Wars). The fabric is thick and somewhat heavy, which made it warm but it also made it opaque and gave it the proper weight to match the style in the movies.The hood takes some fussing to get it to fall just the right way, but once you get it there it's perfect. You can also pin it the way you like it if you want it to stay a certain way for the whole night.Most of the robes I've shopped for this purpose were too light, partially see-through, and just plain cheap-looking. This one was a perfect fit.I'm not a tall guy (5'8") and the XL size suits my height perfectly. It doesn't drag on the ground, nor does it show too much of my shoes/legs.Just don't try to wear anything too heavy underneath because it is quite warm!Pros: - High Quality - Great Fit - Hood is Awesome - Perfect look for my Star Wars costumeCons: - A little heavier/warmer than ideal for a costume, but great for just a robe - A little pricey

3 things that could use improvement. Hood: when on my head, there isn’t much material, so the edge just kind hangs out around the hairline on forehead instead of coming down to the eyes. Belt: too thick, stiff, and short. But it works, just hurts sometimes to sit or lay on. Weight: this robe is surprisingly heavy, too much for plastic hangars or doors.Aside from that, very comfy and warm, fun to wear.

I bought this robe to use getting in and out of the hot tub on those cold snowy winter nights. It is so heavy and warm it is absolutely awesome. I am not a big guy by any means. I am 5'6 and weigh 180 lbs and the robe hangs down to my feet. It doesn't touch but it's maybe 2 inches from the ground. The robe could easily wrap around me with tons of room to spare. I ordered a size small and it is very big and comfy for someone my size. My daughter and wife also like to wear it sometimes getting into the hot tub. If you are looking for a very thick heavy robe this is it. You will not be disappointed in this purchase. The hood is a little different but it works once you get used to it. Me being the dad in the family I wanted something I could wear that would keep my warm and dry while I had to stand out in the cold and get my kids out of the hot tub. Then I am usually left to close up the cover and such so this robe is a life saver.

I bought this for my girlfriend and mother to be because it seemed to be the nicest hooded terry-cloth robe available. She opened it up, it was soft (check), thick (check), good fit (check). Everything was looking good until she went to put the hood on which flipped up over her head and came down past her mouth almost to the front of her neck. There is so much extra "flop" and no clear neck line sewn into the hood that it makes it awkward and uncomfortable. We tried every way to tie it up but it's poorly designed. I was expecting it to be cut like a hoody and its not. It's pretty much an extra towel attached to the top of the robe. You might like it but we did not. Sending it back pronto.

I bought this to wear to and from the hot tub on our back patio in sub-freezing North East winter weather. It’s made of the thickest terry cloth material I’ve ever seen, almost reaches my ankles, wraps well around me (I could gain 100 lbs and it would still fit) and is wonderfully warm. It also seems well made and has held up well to being run through the wash multiple times.I do not consider these negatives given my use of the robe, but things to be aware of: it is very heavy (I wouldn’t be surprised if it weighs more than 10 lbs); the sleeves are very wide and tend to get in the way of using your hands for much while wearing this; if you’re heavy, you’re going to look like Friar Tuck in this robe. That last one can be a benefit if your partner is in a Robin Hood or Maid Marian frame of mind.Overall I‘m very pleased with it and recommend it for anyone needing an extremely warm robe such as to wear outdoors in the winter. I suspect it’d be too warm to wear in a house with modern HVAC but might be a nice option if your house is drafty or poorly heated.

Ich habe lange gesucht nach einen super Bademantel. In Deutschland Amazon EU bestellt ich bin verzweifelt. Viele Retouren weil die nicht Passen. Bei den AMIS Amazon SU bestellt da passt mir der Bademantel ausgezeichnet. Ein wenig zu lang aber nach dem waschen läuft er ein dann ist dieser Perfekt.Die Qualität ist 1a super. Weich und Warm ist dieser und kein Lumpen und Putzlappen.

Thick, well-designed, luxurious and LARGE. Did I say it was LARGE? It's nice that they are generous with the design, but it makes choosing the right size difficult. If you use the size chart, you are almost guaranteed to choose a size too big. So here's a tip: choose one size too small. Otherwise, you'll look like Yoda wearing Obi Wan Kenobi's Jedi robe. The material is thick and absorbent, but I have worn luxury bathrobes from luxury hotels with thicker pile and more absorbent fabric. So it's not the most luxurious fabric I've every seen on a bathrobe, but it's very good, just not fantastic. one star deducted for being too big and fabric not being the most luxurious ever. Otherwise, very good.
