the service from seller was very good and delivery quick .Unfortunatley i had to return the item not so much due to a fault. More I brought this item for my cat. My cat is very heavy and quite big . unfotunatly this carrier was not large enough for him to comfortably fit in. and there were concerns about the straps holding up to his size.seller did a quick refund.The carrier was a nice colour and would suit a small toy dog or more kitty size cat not a great lump like mine :-)

Great Quality Carrier and Easy Storage
I already had one of these carriers for my cat, and loved it, but my neighbour kept borrowing it to take his cat to the vets too, so when my neighbour done a big favour for me recently, I bought him his own and he was delighted and so was his cat ! So easy to store too as collapses to hardly anything for easy storage and super quick delivery. Highly recommend.

Brilliant
Larger than the average carrier it can easily carry a Jack Russell or scotty dog, very light a folds up flat for easy storage. Absolutely love this carrier. Both my cats fit in easily at the same time, one is a very large boy the other is medium-sized.

Comfy Cat
Good and sturdy and my very plump cat seemed comfortable in it. I suspect it's a bit on the small side though so if your pet is large order a size up. We took the cat for a 90 mile trip (moving house, not for fun!) and she settled in it nicely and the lining washed well after she had a wee accident.

Well put together and very cosy
Absolutely as advertised. Only one small thing is the smell of the material. Hopefully when I pick up the cat tomorrow it won't react badly.
