A very efficient machine. Easy to use and washes well. It adjusts time based on load on Eco mode. Very happy with it.

So I moved house and bought a new washing machine, the old one in my previous residence was owned by the landlord, it was a Beko 5 kg and while it lasted 7 years while I was there, I did feel as if it wasn't washing properly.This one is so much better!I bought this one with the unpack option from Amazon, unfortunately the unpack does not include removing the 4 transit bolts and I really struggled and bled removing these, they were tightly screwed in and the surrounding pieces of the washing machine were razor sharp with a lot of jagged edges, cut myself quite a few times until I wore gardening gloves. I had to use a small shifting spanner, mostly because I did not have the right size spanner to unlock them, too bad nothing came with it to remove them and pity Amazon unpack team were unwilling to remove them.With the help of the Tesco driver I managed to move the machine into position.The other annoying feature, is that it beeps to tell you when your wash is done, and beeps and beeps and beeps until you go and turn it off or open the door, while this is useful, repeatedly beeping I find a little annoying.At the moment I am only using one setting the econo wash which washes at 40+ degree does not seem to be a lower setting, like cold wash, but maybe if I read the instruction manual I would find this. The wash says it takes 3 hours 19 min? Huh, anyway, one wash for whites and one for colours per week and the washing comes out so nice and clean and fresh, loving this new washing machine I look forward to washing with it.

I placed this order for a disabled client who is in a wheelchair and needs appliances to be lower, the dimensions state the height is 58.9 cm which would have been perfect, when it arrived the washing machine was too tall for the space and didn’t fit, in fact it was a standard size so had to be taken away, she also paid the extra £30 for the unpacking and installation, granted the price of the washing machine got refunded but the £30 hasn’t been and I cannot find any mode of contact for this to be refunded also

It's quiet, efficient, and the 'speed perfect' setting is so quick!Does all I need.

I purchased this machine for my mom. She loves it. Washes really well, it's quiet, lots of different programs to suit everything. It's a bit pricey compared to other brands but you definitely get what you pay for. Quality.
