4 defective umbrellas sent to me in poor packaging for playing cards. The red of the Union Jack all 'bleeding'. Difficult to close cheap umbrellas. Agreed return. Paid postage. Have receipt for signed for 2nd class from Reigate PO. No Regund. Why? Awful.

I think this has been misrepresented by the seller. No labels for Calvin Klein and certainly not what you would expect in terms of quality from CK. I was annoyed I had to pay the return postage too.
