Really good summer coat bought for winter use but I didn’t think it would be warm enough but on saying that the fit and style of the coat is excellent and waterproof stayed on my wiemaranas very well as they run and jump on each other and coats didn’t move and stayed on well impressed would recommend I bought XL and fits perfect the back length of my dogs backs are 70cm

This is the second Muddy paws dog coat I have purchased for my labrador. The first is fleece lined and warm. The reason for the second one is a more lightweight version for rainy days in warmer weather.My dog fully accepts wearing a coat with no fuss and it saves my floors and furniture when we get home from the wet labrador shake that they do. Only her head gets wet now.Large xxl for German Shepherd or Labrador and it covers all my dogs back.Edit. One tiny problem is when the velcro fastening gets wet, it tends to unpeeled around my dogs neck. Then the coat begins to slide to one side.

Fits my dog perfectly but unfortunately isnt very waterproof. I bought this to try and keep the rain off my german shepherd, he's getting on now and I dont want the cold getting into his joints when he gets wet. It fits him really well and the leg straps are very handy to make sure the jacket stays in place. The material on the inside is nice but for dogs that shed a lot, you will have to hoover this! Luckily I do have some waterproofing spray so going to try this out.

I was initially very pleased with the smart coat for my large dog. However, it becomes lopsided’, needing to be adjusted regularly and the front Velcro comes undone, regardless of how carefully it is put in. I need to sew the front velcro strap, which my friend also did for his dog coat, same make. A real shame for what would otherwise be an excellent coat

This is the second purchase of this coat I have bought as the quality is great. I have previously bought other jackets for my dog and they bairly last after a week however I thought I would try this one. It lasted for about 6 years and it is easy to clean. If you want a really good jacket for your dog I thought recommend it

Timberwolf Wax coat XXL. I bought this coat for my large male German Shepherd and was pleasantly surprised at the high quality finish and excellent materials . It is easily fitted using the Velcro straps under the belly and across the chest. No fiddling. It also has elastic at the rear sides to fit over the dog's hind legs, but I have not found any need to use these. It has light tartan padding inside. Very smart.I was so pleased I bought another coat for my second young German Shepherd who is rather huge and still growing. He stands 6 foot on his hind legs and I was worried the coat would be too small. Need not have worried, totally brilliant. Fits very well. Best of all, both dogs are happy to wear it without any fuss. Highly recommended.

I use this great coat on my gsd for walks on lead when it’s raining but not when he’s free exercised. It is a great coat and generally truly waterproof but does have an annoying flaw -the Velcro chest fastening is not waterproof and opens in the rain. Maybe needs a rethink by the manufacturer and perhaps a button or press stud type fastening would be better here although I know not so good for ease of use. If it wasn’t for this one downside I would give 5 stars!

Took the dog out in the rain and this jacket absorbed so much water, poor dog must have felt like he was carrying weights on his back cuz when I took the jacket off off it was completely soaked. I suppose it's good for cooler weather, or light rainfall but not in a downpour.
