Worse product ever
This item does not work at all I am disappointed. I felt no heat my skin was red and swollen I couldn't risk falling ill. I will return the item back to seller for my refund.

I saw this product thought it might help me knee as I'm in constant pain 24/7Well when I first tried them it took half an hour to peel the backing off, they never heated up like they say they worked first night, used them for week having putting them on every night they have help with leg cramps and pain in left knee, leg plus I'm getting some sleep but sadly they dont help with the 24/7 pain in right knee, thighI do get cramp in right leg bad at night these have help so will get more till my legs tell me other wise I find a knack to taking the backing off nowI've only gave 3 stars one they don't heat up 2 hard to get backing off, the company need to look into the backing and heating up. some people say they have a strong smell well to me they don't, I only wear them at night so I can get some sleep which at mo is great

Not Worthen even penny!!
I don't care how much I spent but I would have asked for my money even if I was spending a penny!!! You have to spent half a day to separate the paper from main patch!!! It's so disappointing how some companies wasting others money!!!!

Found no difference
I tried to put a pair on my feet, and my shoulder and went to bed. Honestly I don’t feel any difference. I don’t feel it heat up as well. It has a strong smell like herbs and ginger. The adhesive is also strong to stay the skin. It is very low price but not really useful for pain relief or improve sleep quality.
