Silly loud durable(for small dogs) fun toy!
The media could not be loaded. My husband and our 8lb. Maltipoo have a game with this silly chicken. He hides it in our bedroom, and she finds it and for 15-20 minutes they play the throw game. She brings it to him, drops it and barks until he throws it. The thing screams when he throws it, and she loves chasing it. It is a silly wonderful toy for our little dog. I am ordering a second one. The first one we purchased 7 months ago, and the sides of the beak are starting to tear. We love this toy, and it will be a part of our little girls toy box for ever.

My dog loves this!!!
My dog loves this silly thing... and it does scream. It is her favorite toy. I gave it 3 stars because it is not very durable. She has already begun to chew the lips off of the darned thing. The last one that she had, she chewed off the lips, then a leg and then another. She ended up loving the thing that was mostly duct tape.... poor paraplegic chicken. When I duct-taped it... the thing still screamed. Then a wing came off and the head. That was the last straw. I had to give it a burial. (but it still screamed).... now I have to monitor her while she tosses the new one around and take it from her before she starts chewing it. But it is her favorite toy. It's strange that she chews up her toys but has never chewed anything of mine. (yet)

Smaller dog ripped chicken's mouth apart in about 15 minutes - NOT FOR AN AGRESSIVE CHEWER!
The squeak grabbed my dog's attention immediately (dog is smaller size, but not miniature - essentially a smaller terrier size). After I gave it to him, he happily trotted off to another room and proceeded to bite, nibble, and chew the toy. In 15 minutes I heard a sound that was different than that I had been hearing up to that point - He had ripped the mouth, removing a small portion of it as well. The chicken's mouth is essentially the same thickness as the body, but is a single layer - it does not have the rubber folded over far into the mouth and provides a spot that my dog immediately gravitated to. He only needed to rip one layer of rubber, unlike the rest of the toy which would have him bite onto two layers (i.e. if he bit on the body, he would bite the belly and the back). If the rubber was not terminated at the lips and continued into the mouth, the toy would be wonderful, but this one falls horribly flat. I think my dog got about a dollar a minute worth of usage. Perhaps if this was an edible toy, it would be better as well.

😍 GREAT SQUEAKY TOY FOR SMALL DOG
My small dog absolutely plays with this toy more than any other toy she has. She has ad this Rubber Chicken squeaky toy for 4 months has not chewed the on it, has not tried to remove the squeaky bulb inside. She has a ball with it as do the grandchildren throwing it or her t grab. The day I received this toy and saw her pleasure playing with it I ordered two more, thinking she will be so disappointed when this one is torn up. My surprise it’s been 4 months it is still as good as the first day other than I should clean it. Best toy ever, she and I both excited over it. A must have for a small dog….she not allow the big dog to get it. Big dog enjoys her playing with it and leaving her alone….😂

Funniest toy ever
I purchased this recently to replace an older one that my dogs have had for many, many years. My previous dogs really didn't play with it much so it lasted forever despite some random holes and tearing. My new puppies (a german shepherd and a pomsky) both loved the old chicken and finished chewing it up enough that it was finally time to replace it. So far the new toy is lasting well and is still the funniest dog toy you'll ever find. It makes a really annoying sound that my dogs go nuts for and that has me in hysterics every time they really get going playing with it. They love to play tug of war together (or with me) with it and it's held up really well, so far they have not caused any noticeable damage despite having had it now for about a month. That said, they are generally pretty gentle with their toys. If your dog is in the habit of chewing up his toys I doubt it would hold up that well. If your dog is nice to his toys then it should provide many years of ridiculously enjoyable entertainment.
