Provides extra support for my meniscus injury
Well made, padding is firm and comfortable, it fit well using the sizing instructions, Velcro holds exceptionally well and the brace is solidly built. This brace has been a game changer for my left knee.I tore my meniscus and had partial ACL/MCL tears in 2009 followed by surgery. 14 years later, I’m paying the price and need extra support at the gym and while running around.I’ve been getting cortisone shots and my left knee just keeps getting worse. When this brace arrived, I decided to lash it on tight and rehab the knee with various cable and free weight machines. My knee could not hurt any more, I had nothing to lose.Within 4 weeks, I went from a leg press weight of 60 pounds to 240 pounds and 80% of my knee pain is gone and strength is improving with each workout.I was a Donjoy user for a long time but their Velcro is poor and their braces are confusing and overpriced. This brand is better made, more comfortable and lower priced. The only addition that would make this brace perfect would be if it included an under sleeve that goes between the skin and this brace. That’s an ala carte purchase with this brace.Overall, this brace works great and helps me during the day. I’m hoping it can help me delay a knee replacement. Wishful thinking on my part. Hope that helps!

Highly recommend for anyone with knee problems.
Fits nicely and would be 5 stars but the Velcro does not stay put very well on the main straps. It’s highly supportive and fits exactly as described and with the additional straps to fine tune the fit it’s extremely comfortable to wear all day. It’s high quality material that’s not thin nor flimsy and the hinges are very supportive and durable. It has a nice range of movement front to back and for the item it doesn’t weigh a whole lot.

The quality and the company is very professional
I ordered this knee brace and when I received it I was so excited. When I put it on it was to small, so I emailed the company, and they responded within 24 hours, I was so impressed. I love this knee brace it is quality is excellent. I did not get any hassle to exchange for a bigger size, and I received the brace within 48 hours. Can’t ask for better professionalism than that.

Fits like a sock.
Got a Lg. and fit is good. Maybe could have tried a XLg. This fits nice an tight. This does pull up over foot and up to over knee ? Does not open to wrap around. Do a wash ?, will know more.#2, just received XL knee support. Fits a paper wrap breeze gap in larger, yet fits as well as the tighter Lg. Knee support on first order. The Lg. was a bit tight feeling. Both are well suited for me knee use.

sizing chart not accurate
The brace seems well made but beware when ordering size. The brace runs real small. I ordered a Small being my Thigh measured 171/2 & calf 141/2. When i received brace I had to struggle to get it on my leg being it is a pull up type of brace (yes all the straps were loose), it was so tight it was cutting into my leg especially the calf . It was even harder to take it off. I returned it & ordered the Medium hoping it wasn't going to be too big. Well I received the Medium brace today & still had to really struggle to get brace up my leg. The chart says the size for Medium is 18.1-18.9 for thigh & 16.3-17.3 for calf so it shouldn't have been this tight. It stays up without even fastening any of the straps that is how snug it is. The plus side is It feels like it gives my knee more support than my old Dr. Brace knee support I've been using.Updated to 5 stars because of notifying customer service about Med. still being a little tight & the company is sending me a Large free of charge. Just remember if you are close to high side of measurement chart to order the next size up.

Make one of these without the bulky patella pad
I’ve been trying on and returning multiple knee braces. Ones that are one size fits all with adjustable straps, ones with no patella pad, ones with metal hinged stabilizers, ones with less stable spring stabilizers, no stabilizers, ranging anywhere from $20-160.Neenca are closest to comfort that I’ve gotten so far, but still definitely not perfect. The main problem I’ve noticed with the knee braces that have metal stabilizers is for whatever reason most of them have no padding or space between the metal hinges and the sides of your knee so they rub like crazy and become uncomfortable to wear within minutes. How anyone would think having a piece of hard metal or plastic rubbing the sides of people’s knees was a good design is mind boggling, and yet almost every brace with a metal hinged stabilizer’s stabilizer I’ve tried has this problem.Thankfully, Neenca is one of the only ones I’ve tried that actually has reasonable padding between the hinge and knee, though it’s yet to be seen if it will hold up over time.Another problem I’ve noticed with many knee braces is the patella ring pads restrict the knee’s movement, and squeezes the patella uncomfortably if you try to bend your knee. Maybe some knee injuries benefit from restricted bending, but I’m not sure what kind of injury would benefit from having your patella getting squeezed or shifted around by the pad, especially since many knee injuries are tears that you’d think pressure could make worse. This also doesn’t seem like it would help much if your goal is stability without sacrificing range of motion for exercise.Neenca has at least 4 similar braces with metal side stabilizers and bulky patella pads that are almost identical in design. If they made another of this type of fitted brace that has cushion between the stabilizers and the knee to prevent lateral movement or twisting, but removed or adjusted the patella pad to allow less restricted bending of the knee without sacrificing stability and fit, I think that would definitely be something I’d like to try. The only one I see they have with stabilizers and no patella pad is one size fits all and I’m not sure if it has the cushioning between the metal like this one.
