Tried these on hubby he snores when his mouth drops open and it wakes me and the dogs :(He has tried the jaw wraps but they don’t work for him so tried these.First night was OK he said they were a bit stiff to remove in the morning his lips felt sticky and weird.He tried a second night here is where the issue arises in this heat he wakes up needing to drink water and he cannot with this on, he has to wake up more to remove this to be able to drink and then it doesn’t stick as well to his lips he found it a pain so he doesn’t like to use any more :(

Rather have a dry mouth and chew sugar free gum in the night. More effective than anything, certainly not these awful things

I've got a weird habit of inhaling through my nose but exhaling through my mouth when sleeping, and we've tried a number of approaches to stop this. It seems quite difficult as I believe I shift something in my airway that causes air to be forced out of my mouth. So far, the best success has been with using wide bandage tape covering my whole mouth, but it was a mixed result: not only did I apparently puff my cheeks out until still managed to force air out of my mouth (according to the wife), but more importantly I ran into the problem that this encourage moisture to collect in the corners of my mouth, which led to a bit of a fungal infection in the corners. So I was pretty excited to see these as they seemed to encourage a deeper seal into the lips, which I hoped would address the corner-leakage issue. I can say that I really liked how they fit and the adhesive was great but not difficult to remove the next day. But I still wound up with my leakage problem, and I still also managed to exhale hard enough to defeat the adhesive (possibly aided by moisture). Happily, my wife quite likes them and she'll continue with them, but I don't think they're going to serve me well.
