I purchased this fan last year but had a delay in getting it actually installed. It fits well in my home office, both in the sleek but slightly whimsical style and size. Even though it's only 30", it definitely has the ability to circulate the air and cool things down in a room that has several electronics (including one tower and two laptops) always running.I did have some issues getting it to connect to the app. The seller was amazing and helped me figure out how to get it to enter pairing mode. Now I've got it added to the rest of my smart home stuff, so super stoked!In case anyone else needs instructions on how to get it to enter pairing mode -1. Shut the power off at the light switch. Wait for about 30 seconds to ensure the power is off, fan has completely stopped.2. Turn on the power.3. Within the first 10 seconds of power being on, press and hold down the 6H button on the remote.4. This should cause the light to start flashing, which indicates pairing mode.5. Open the Tuya app and click the Add Device button, it should be able to automatically find it.

This ceiling fan is small yet mighty. It puts out plenty of air despite its diminutive size. The light is sufficient for my needs but could be brighter. Perhaps the best part is the seller who is extremely responsive and helpful. I had several questions and he responded within hours (often minutes) and was very helpful and patient. A great seller and terrific little fan.

This is a nice fan that seems to be fairly well designed. It is quiet and moves a decent amount of air.Pros: A nice, attractive and quiet fan.Cons:-Installation directions were abysmal. Once you figure it out it is ok.-Wires that plug into transmitter from the electrical box need to be a bit longer. It is too tight of a fit to get them to connect and then slide into the cradle.-The light seems to be about 800 lumens. The manufacturer does not list the lumens nor did they properly answer the question when someone inquired in the questions.Neutral:The directions for installing the fan through Tuya for smart functions are not in the directions. I reached out to support which starts with Amazon (who like me could not find the directions) and then was given info to reach the company. They responded within one day and solved the issue. It turns out that the Alexa/Tuya/smart install is buried in one of four videos. NOTE: It appears that they have recently updated the video to the title "Smart Function Use" which would have saved me the need to contact the company.Customer ratings by feature:Remote Control 4.5 out of 5. Works wellEasy to use: 4.5 out of 5Noise level: 4.5 out of 5 Pretty darn quietEasy to install: 1 out of 5 (needs better directions). I did manage to find an install video on a similar fan somewhere on the web and ultimately that made things a bit easier. Company needs to have an install video.Light: 3 out of 5. Kind of small and there is no rating listed for the lumens. I estimate it at maybe 800 or a little more lumens. The light is small so it cannot spread the light out over a larger distance. Also, there does not appear to be the option to set it for one color, i.e. soft white out of the three settings. It is dimmable and the dimming feature works well.Value for money: 4 out of 5. Look for a sale or a discount coupon.Smart Features: 4.5 out of 5 (works pretty good once you get it working) and the install is basically three steps.1. Install Tuya - register it - run it2. Turn on power to fan at switch and turn fan and light on with remote.3. Long press the button 6H on the remote. Tuya finds and installs the fan.Warning: it seems to take awhile for it to finish the install. It looks like the install is frozen/not responding. Be patient it eventually finishes. Then you must press done to finish install.Customer Support: 4.5 out of 5 It was fast but it was kind of smart aleck. The response was "Have you tried the video." If it was labeled properly and not buried in with 3 others, I would have found the video for smart install!Overall I would recommend the fan. I wish the company would put Alexa features on a 42 inch fan as well.

Install it a few days ago. Pretty cut and dry. Remote control is functionally acceptable. It will actually change direction without having to turn the fan off. For the fan, you really don’t even need to hit the power button. Just push the desired speed and it comes on.

I now have two of these: one in kitchen, one in bedroom. It's sleek, easy-to-use, quiet---I love it (which is why I purchased a second one after the first). But, we NEED to be able to purchase *just* a new remote! I can't find any way to contact the Seller---it says "Amazon" under Customer Service. I've tried to contact Amazon via phone and chat, and just got "technical difficulties". I'm willing to *buy* a new remote (I'm not expecting one for free). I just need to have an extra on hand (for both my fans), since I keep dropping them (sigh) and one of these days they won't work any longer. (Although they have survived multiple drops already!) Please help! Someone else had asked in these comments, and there was a URL given---but when I went to that URL, buying was not an option. Please offer a replacement remote on this listing!! Thanks for any help you can provide.

Estoy muy impresionado con este abanico. Todos los materiales se sienten sólidos, es fácil de instalar y es silencioso. No es para una habitación muy grande, pero en mi sala que es de 4x5m funciona bien en la velocidad mas alta. El control se conecto sin problemas y lo que mas me impresionó fue la app. Se ve muy profesional y se conectó sin problema. Lo único que la app no puede hacer es cambiar la temperatura de la luz de forma independiente. Igual que con el control, tienes que apagar y encender para rotar entre las 3 temperaturas. Pero en general no tengo quejas y creo que voy a comprar otro para mi recamara.

Compacto, fácil de instalar y de configurar.Muy práctico y de tamaño ideal

PROS:-El acabado es bonito y minimalista-Facil de instalar y tiene todas las piezas para instalar como tornillos/guasas etc.-Facil de interactuar con la aplicación que se llama "TUYA" y está en playstore.-Viene bien protejido en la caja con sus espumas alrededor e interior de la caja.CONTRAS:-Para que funcione con Alexa: Ademas de la app en playstore tienes que descargar, tambien se necesita descargar el skill "TUYA" de Alexa y lo pongo como un punto en "contra" por que una vez linqueado con Alexa no reconoce por separados el ventilador y la luz, con los comandos basicos, si no que activa ambas cosas, por ejemplo: "Alexa enciende la luz de la recamara" no solo enciende la luz si no que el ventilador tambien se enciende automaticamente.-Revisa en la aplicacion de alexa la SKILL "TUYA" y te darás una idea de lo que opina la gente sobre esta relacion entre ALEXA y la aplicación "TUYA"..-El control tiene un defecto cada vez que subo el brillo o le bajo en ocaciones pareciera que no responde acorde.-En cuanto el Viento que emerge es regular a mi gusto aún con las 6 velocidades, (comparado con un abanico de pedestal del mismo tamaño.)....Ahora bien para solucionar la interacción con alexa si es posible hacerlo inteligentemente muy productivo pero es algo tedeoso. Ya que tenemos que recurrir a las escenas de la aplicación TUYA y crearlas como ambientes de modo "EJECUTAR", de esa forma Alexa las reconocera y entonces podrás crear tus Rutinas con Alexa y especificas que ambien se desea ejecutar, pero debido a que este ventilador tiene muchas funcionalidades, toca hacer un ambiente con su rutina por cada una y si son bastantes, para no hacer una por cada nivel de intensidad de luz y por cada velocidad, yo hice las mas comunes ejemplo:"Alexa enciende la luz de la recamara""Alexa enciende el ventilador de la recamara""Alexa apaga la luz de la recamara""Alexa apaga el ventilador de la recamara""Alexa intensidad de luz minima de la recamara""Alexa intensidad de luz maximade la recamara""Alexa velocidad minima de la recamara""Alexa velocidad maxima de la recamara"otras podrian ser:"Alexa velocidad 3 de la recamara""Alexa velocidad 4 de la recamara"etc...

The media could not be loaded. Tiene tres diferentes tonos de luz y tiene también un dimmer con el que puedes bajar la intensidad un poco. El ventilador muy bueno.

ME GUSTÓ MUCHO, TIENE BUENOS NIVELES DE LUZ Y TEMPERATURA Y ECHA MUCHO AIRE, LO RECOMIENDO...
