Disappointing results and zero weight loss on this product

Didn’t feel the effect I was hoping for my cravings were still the same and even my appetite stayed the same. Personal opinion I would not buy again as it did not work for me.

My brother and I both started this product and our kidney functions took a turn for the worse. Before you try this product, talk to your primary care physicians before you start this product. Once we both stopped using it, both of our kidney functions returned back to normal for my brother and as normal as can be for me. I believe it is a good product but having some kidney labs done first is not a bad idea to ensure this product doesn't shove you in the wrong direction. Talk to your physician before you start on this product.

Not sure if it is the gummies or just a change in my overall outlook since I started taking them, but 4 pounds down is a plus!! I've always been skeptical of these so I will continue to review as time goes on!

I don't recommend this product.

I did not go into this purchase thinking I could sit on the couch with a gallon of ice cream and drop 40lbs in a week. I was just looking for a little help at the beginning of changing habits.I also did some research on various ways of helping such a situation and found these came out in the top 10. I do think this does well as far as taking the edge off cravings and hunger and I think it did give me a bit of a boost of energy. Could be mind over matter, but I'm rolling with it.The 3 stars is because some of the claims, I feel, are true.

Didn't feel like we're of any value .. no appetite suppression. Damn sure didn't lose any weight.
