I am 60 and have issues with losing hair, thin and brittle fingernails, thin skin, and joint pain in my right knee.-Not 100% on hair loss, but it seems to have slowed down a lot. Same for thin skin.-100% sure that it makes my fingernails noticeably thicker and do not break off as easily.-100% sure it helps with knee pain. My main exercise is walking. My knee stopped hurting so I quit taking gelatin. Within a couple of weeks, it started bothering me again. Went back on gelatin and my knee slowly went back to being pain free. This worked with my older brother as well.

I was hesitant to try this, but so glad I did!! Has helped my joints so much!! Does take a couple months to really get in your system, but well worth the wait! I only take 2 a day verses the recommended 3, but still works effectively. I forgot them when I went on vacation, that will NOT happen again. I could definitely tell by the time I made it home!

I take 2 a day and my finger are long and strong.They had gotten very weak and were tearing. I think in about 2 weeks I could tell a difference with my finger nails.I think it also helps with my joints. They don't seem to be as stiff when I get up and down.

I got these for my nails and hair. I have noticed some new growth and my nails are looking better. Is it a miracle product…no, but I will continue using because I think it does actually help and it’s a great price.

Gelatin is a building block of Bones it helps with the aches and pains if you take it with collagen it's great for your skin it's better to take it in a pill form I have found and try to make a smoothie with gelatin in it because if you don't drink it right away it turns into gel up I've tried it with Chia seeds and if you don't drink it right away turns into jello so I take an appeal form I take it twice a day one pill and my bones don't take as much my nails and my hair are great my skin I still haven't wrinkles but I'm also 61 years old did anybody who doesn't have wrinkles at 61 years old if not 61 years old

I can see the great results in my hair and nails. I wish there would be more capsules, or a subscription, so I can continue buying them with a better price. I really recommend them!

It seems as if this supplement has made my nails a lot stronger. No taste and easy to take morning and night.

Haven’t take them long enough to know if making a difference but easy to swallow. Will update after I’ve finished the bottle.
