As we age sometimes we get those dark stubborn pesky chin and neck hairs. I’m tired of shaving, plucking, and using an epilator. I’ve used hair removal creams in the past but they always burned my skin and caused severe irritation and pain. I saw this product, read the reviews and did further research before buying. I was really rooting for this product to be safe for sensitive skin! Boy was I wrong!The product doesn’t have a strong order, and didn’t burn at first until time to rinse. I chose to damp cotton pad vs. a wash cloth, to reduce irritation, to wipe the product off. Let the burning and irritation begin! I couldn’t wipe the product off fastest enough once it started burning. After removal of the product, the burning was still there and so were all the hairs. It didn’t remove a single one! Only thing this product did was burn, cause irritation and make the dark hairs on my face stand at attention. The hairs are way more visible and sharp. The five o’clock shadow and stubble are real!Guess will continue to pluck each one the hairs or shave if I’m in a hurry.

This product worked wonders on the peach fuzz on my face. Unfortunately from plucking chin hairs, the product didn’t do as well. Using this product is only necessary once every two to three weeks to remove the peach fuzz. For the more stubborn chin hair I have to use it everyday. I would buy this again because I don’t want to shave my face and I don’t have to pluck the chin hair as often. The smell is mild and not offensive. Make sure you rinse and cream well after using the product because it does dry out the area you apply it on.

This cream works fairly well but, I took away stars because of the loud fragrance and the fact that I have gotten red places after using it so, it seems harsh on the delicate skin of the face.

I would recommend this product, but with a few caveats. If you have fine or lighter body hair and are looking for a gentle, pain-free alternative to shaving, this works pretty well. That said, if your hair is thicker or your skin is sensitive, I’d suggest doing a patch test first and managing expectations. Do not purchase! Will cause contact dermatitis/allergic reaction. Yes I did a small test patch on my cheek and waited 24 hrs before actually attempting to do the hair removal treatment application was fine I left it on for about 8 min no burning or stinging and when I removed it skin felt a bit sensitive but still fine I washed my skin to make sure I got it all off and as the day went on I started to get itchy and my skin felt tight and sensitive and warm. Not worth it do not purchase

I have frequent lip hair and chin hair that grows, I also have very sensitive skin. I saw videos of people talking about how this works for them so I decided to try it. The first time I tried it, I waited 6 minutes and no hair was removed. Second time I tried it left it on for 9 min and removed a few small hairs and left burn red marks on my face and the calming serum did not work. I’m giving 2 stars since it was able to remove some small hairs so it does work, but did not work for me.
