I like these massage roller balls. I had knee surgery a few months ago and I use this to help with the swelling and tightness in my knee. I like that you can use it cold or hot. I prefer to use it cold. It doesn't take long to get cold once you put it in the freezer.

I have a long term injury where I need to use ice to relieve pain in my shoulders and neck. The doctor had me freeze water in a cheap foam cup, then rub the ice all over my shoulders and neck until my skin went numb. Aside from the feeling of freezing my skin off, there was the annoyance of cold water dripping down my back and sides as well as the waste of using foam cups. This takes care of both problems. I still have to endure the ice rub, but now I don’t have to keep a towel under me to prevent drips and I don’t have to keep buying more foam cups.

They are a nice size, and the gel inside keeps them cold for a long while. However, they're kind of hard to use as they don't want to stay under your feet, even with the little guards on them. Now this may seem obvious that this would be so, but I found myself annoyed with them. I don't regret purchasing them, but I wouldn't buy or recommend them again.

Total disappointment! These massage balls look good but are a complete letdown. The foundation is way too light, so they won’t stay in place on a flat surface. Instead of staying put, they roll around like Humpty Dumpty—and not in a good way. It makes using them nearly impossible. Definitely not worth the money. What a rip-off!

These balls hold the heat and cold great. They are actually cold without being put in the freezer. They do not hurt your skin or stick to you. They really do provide relief! I tried to set them on the floor to roll my feet but they move all over so that was a no go. But I still highly recommend them because they work as intended.

I bought this set to help relieve pain of tennis elbow. I use one at home. Gave one to my physical therapist and she uses it on my elbow too. It’s a win win. Only takes 5-10 minutes to relieve pain.

Works

I had bought another set that I was totally obsessed with. But I lost the bigger ball and needed to find a cheap replacement and found these. The second I opened them they fell apart in my hands. The balls at least are good. I have to use them without the plastic because they came broken. Like I opened the package, took them out of their bags, and as I did that the plastic fell apart. Ugh. I couldn’t put them back together so I simply just use the balls without the plastic. But honestly if you are looking for better ones that won’t fall apart I suggest looking elsewhere because these are of very bad quality.
