This cart is awesome! I like how it has two places to hang my polishers. Rolls around with ease and plenty of storage for towels, pads, and other supplies! Well worth it!

We purchased this to hold car cleaning products. Holds everything we need. Makes washing vehicles much easier. Four stars because they sent us the wrong item the first time and the second time it was delivered with a slight crack (we believe this was caused by the delivery company). We weren’t able to reach anyone about the delivery so my husband repaired the crack with some expoxy.

I hate to give a score based on shipping instead of the actual product, but Adam's has made it so I can't do that.My wife purchased this cart as a Christmas gift for me, directly from Adam's. The packaging clearly exposed a fragile portion of the top tray to being damaged, and guess what, it was shattered right out of the box. It required 2 contact requests to get Adam's to respond that they would send out a replacement top tray, when a week had passed, and no replacement had arrived we contacted them again and were greeted by an order confirmation. I would guess that no one ever processed the original request. Well, another week passed again, still no replacement. Contacting them again generated a response that the "bucket liner we requested was on back order" and then miraculously, the next day a tracking number. Again, I would guess that the order had been "lost" and was forgotten till we asked. Time passes and the delivery date was missed by FedEx and when it finally arrived, wait for it, it was so poorly packaged that the replacement was shattered in the same way the original was.So, the time came to call instead of email, wonder of all wonders no one answers the phone, but you can leave a message and they'll call you back, except they won't. Waiting patiently, I called right when they opened one morning and got a human on the phone who did not apologize, did not offer to expedite the shipment and asked for my understanding that "it's so big that it's pretty hard to package safely".It appears to be a pretty solidly built cart and I would imagine that it will be reliable (if I ever get a complete one), but the treatment we've received is unreal. Adam's used to be better than that.Oh, and the reason I'm reviewing here is that I can't find a way to add a review on the Adam's site. Buyer beware.
