Caswell-Massey Elixir of Love Body Dusting Powder 3oz w/ Puff

I could not be more pleased with this dusting powder. I use almost everyday. I initially bought just for the cobalt blue glass container (no one uses real glass anymore), but was pleasantly surprised to discover this amazing scent. It's a soft and delicate baby powder scent. It doesn't overpower you. I have allergies and this doesn't bother me at all. When the powder runs out, I will by a replacement powder, but keep the same jar. You will be captivated by the beauty of the jar and enchanted by this scent which harks back to a more glamorous period.

The dish is beautiful & vintage looking, and the powder has a lovely floral sent. I've used it in the areas that tend to get a little sweaty in the summer (*ahem, bra...*), and it's helped to keep me drier and more comfortable out in the heat. The powder has a nice silky feel. Plus, it smells nice, so that's a great bonus!

I was hoping it had some sort of sifter so puff didn't sit right in powder. I like CLEAN Body Veil, but wanted something fancier to sit on my countertop. The fragrance is a lot stronger too, so I will probably only use it when an occasion warrants that strength.

What a lovely treat. Yes, it does sort of have a sort of 'old fashioned' romantic smell to it - I would say it's an older woman's fragrance but I love it. Very nice powder and the blue glass jar is a nice complement to my dressing table.

I cannot use perfume so I use a light dusting. Great scent
