It works really well for me.
I bought it for weekend trips and it will keep my insulin cold just like ad says if you follow instructions.

Excellent customer service
Purchased and haven’t used yet on a trip but got to say contacted Tilcare via Facebook and got excellent customer service. The first unit I received, the blue gel pack was opened inside the canister and had spilled all over the interior. Also the gel pack looked ‘used’ but I think the marks on it were from rubbing on the interior canister and not being used already and assume won’t affect the performance. Suggest the manufacturer place the blue gel pack in a bag like the rest of the contents in the box to avoid this ‘looks like was used’ observation. Tilcare sent me another unit and all is good now. The canister with blue gel pack looks to hold 4 victoza/xultophy pens. Looking forward to a month long trip to test the product out. Thanks Tilcare!

Ottimo e dura a lungo.
Regalato a diabetico. Contenitore usato per il trasporto dell'insulina in viaggio durante l'estate. Ha fatto il suo lavoro e ha tenuto al fresco le penne per tutta la giornata. Non è tanto capiente, ma per numeri ridotti funziona perfettamente.
