Shirakiku Miso Soup Sachets 216 g (Pack of 3, Totalling 36 Sachets)

This is by far the best instant miso I've had. I often use it to add to my instant ramen for a richer flavour, or just on its own for a sodium hit during the day. I absolutely love it. The best part is that this is so affordable. You get 36 sachets in total, which is great for the price. As another reviewer said, the price per kilo is way off.This is real miso paste, not powder, with some wakame in there. It is a great, comforting thing to have especially during the cold months when a quick hit of soup is especially welcome. At this price, you really can't go wrong.

These are excellent but the price per kilo is waaay off. What you are buying is 3 packs and each pack contains 12 sachets. One pack of 12 weighs (according to my scales) 242 grams. (I guess that's the 212 grams in the product title, once you remove the packaging.) So you are actually buying three times this weight: 3 x 212 = 636 grams. Multiply by 1.57 to turn into 1 kilo, so multiply price by that too, to get price per kilo = £10.80 x 1.57 = £16.98.So these are roughly £17 per kilo, which is well cheap. They are *not* £50 per kilo as the description states (this mistake is because the weight in the title is just for one pack, not all three).This works out at 30 pence per sachet, a great price. I bought a pack of 3 in a cardboard box from Morrisons supermarket, and the sachets inside were very similar (even the same weight as these ones) - but each sachet cost about 47 pence, so definitely cheaper to buy these.All in all, delighted with these.

I bought these in the hope to save money on the freeze-dried ones, yet I am not really sure if like them, sometimes they are nice other times, they don't taste good. They don't compare with freeze dried. I thought to just keep them in my locker at work, for when I am dry, needing a cheap lunch, as my cafeteria is really bad. They make a meal with some Ryvita. Really lovely miso base with seaweed, I love these and can't speak highly enough of them.

Great flavour - versatile stock - seaweed is ace, just add chopped spring onions for a delicious soup.

I cant find any information re ingredients or nutrition on the pack .Is it legal to sell this product without english language labels .

Great value and great taste. As good as brands costing much more. There seems to be quite a variation in flavour from sachet to sachet, but the main miso taste remains. Very satisfying.
