Hand to Hand Wombat is a fast-paced game for 3-6 players, where teams work together to repair or sabotage towers in just 15 minutes. You Lying Sack, a collaboration with Penn Jillette, challenges players to bluff their way to victory by lying about the contents of their closed fists. Both games are designed for ages 7 and up, making them perfect for family fun or competitive gatherings.

Not fun
Really surprised so many people found this fun - for our kids (aged 8 and 12) it just turns into carnage and just doesn’t really feel like anyone is getting anywhere. Feels like the game is skewed really heavily towards the baddies. I like the concept and the pieces are well made but, for us, it wasn’t very enjoyable at all. Tried to encourage kids to persevere but they were bored really quickly.

Would recommend - great for all the family to play
Hand to hand wombat is a really great game. We played this as a family of all ages at christmas. It was really easy to set up and understand. At first from the description is seemed like it would be over really quickly and not much fun but actually it was the best game we played. There were lots of laughs had throughout.

Bonkers good fun and fiendishly hard!
The media could not be loaded. We had a hilarious half and hour or so playing this the other night, unfortunately the friends I was playing it with didn't want to be in a video so I could not get any actual game play in this review video i'm afraid . I have done a quick video to show you what's in the box, and for me the comic booklet that comes with it is a very close second to the actual game and great in its own right! The idea of the game is to cover your eyes with one hand whilst trying to build blocks in sequential order with the other... well most of you are... there is an evil wombat who is trying to destroy all your towers! It is very easily as hard as it sounds... and then some! After you get to grips with the basic game there is other power card that can be incorporated into the game too. Ive done a quick video showing you what's actually in the box and I will try and get a quick vid of some game play the next time I find some players who are less camera shy... But all I can say is its great fun and I can see it being an essential family game as well as a brilliant ice breaker to take to university. Really well priced at £25, all hail the wicked wombat!

All-age fun - unusual party game
This is a really fun physical game, with a basic premise of blindly competing with others to build or destroy towers based on which card you are drawn. It's super simple but definitely novel and loads of fun. The game is nicely presented in a sturdy box and would make a good gift too.One tip - the game needs everyone to play along with their eyes closed - so if you have a set of sleep masks available, that could be helpful for those with serial cheaters involved! The game box says this is for ages 7+ and works with 3-6 players and about 15 minutes per game and that feels about right, although it's so simple it may work with under 7s too.

Simple but fun
This game is simple but fun basically there's a good team and a bad team. The good team tries to build the towers while th bad team tries to sabotage them. Each round is scored by how many towers are completed or have been sabotaged. The biggest score wins the round, the first team to three rounds wins. It's simple but fun and can generally be played by anyone.

Very simple
This game is easy to learn, and would be suitable for a range of ages. I played it in a group of four and that seemed about right. The game was over really quickly though, and I wish there was some kind of way to make it more complicated. Multiple plays will make it easier and easier, although there are cards to give you additional roles. Also, the box needs to be used as the playing field, and I think it will become damaged quite quickly as it isn't the strongest. Maybe put the pieces inside a wooden box or something instead.
