Brite Ideas Festive Productions 360 LED Lights - Multicolour

First impressions of this set are good.Most LED festive lights these days have 4 colours. These do.Most have a selector for different effects. These also do.Most have a universal "ish" connector that plugs into an interchangeable power supply. These do.Unfortunately, most these days reduce the thickness of cable by pairing the colours together, the red and blue lights are on at the same time for example, instead of using a common negative. These do. I've only one set of LED lights that have all 4 colours on individual circuits and cant find any anymore like it.So these appear to be a set with what I will call a diffuser on each LED. It seems that these days they are more common and look more attractive. Some older sets the light coming out was very forward facing and didn't spread much; much like a normal LED. But these, as do a lot of others these days, have some sort of plastic piece attached to them that helps to diffuse the light making their decorative prospects much much higher.Their spacing is slightly high; this could be a quality to some people who have to wrap around a tree branch or something similar. That also gives them a bit more length than the ones from the supermarket with a similar light count.When I bought these they were sold by Amazon and a reasonable price of around 8 pence per light; a price I use as a standard measurement of value on these items.

The lights themselves are fine, but the controller does not work properly: the lights are only on or off, not the multifunction control advertised. Pressing the button on the transformer control unit has no effect at all.

These lights are super. Very bright and colourful with a range of flashing options. I just leave them on random, they look great on any of the settings. Fit just right on a 7ft tree, mine is indoors.

Very good quick service, the lighted are bight and the length of cable ment we could put them right around the room which is 12 x 20 feet. Very pleasing to the eye.

Very colourful and bright. Very long went round the garden and then some. Granddaughter was totally transfixed every time it went dark over Christmas.

I know this is described as warm white but there is nothing white about it. It is the same colour as the street light which is a amber / orange colour. Not the colour we wanted at all. I recommend you switch them on to check the colour before you fully unpack them (unlike me).
