These are great fiber gummies for adults or kids. I have used them for some time now and really put them to use when i was pregnant and delivering my three kids. They are easy to chew, unlike some of the gummies I have gotten in the past. I also bite them in half and let my 5 and 2 year olds have them. My favorite fiber gummy by far.

I know I shouldn't expect a fiber gummy to taste like candy but this stuff has an awful flavor that stays with you. It does it's job though and it does it well. Once you eat a couple you will be ready to rock and roll in just a couple of hours so if taste doesn't matter you will be satisfied.

These are my favorite, and I've tried so many. They're not too sticky, not too hard, great flavor, and they work well. I don't "feel full" but I also don't have that empty hungry feeling, either.If you're new to fiber supplements I highly suggest starting with 1 a day and increase it every week or two otherwise you may feel a lot of discomfort and think it's not working. It takes your body time to adjust to an increase in fiber (any fiber), so take it slow!
