I bought multiple pills from Momentus especially for testosterone and daily well being. Easy to swallow and hope to feel better after a few months of taking.

I mean it's zinc. What's it gonna do, give me super powers? I do notice improvements in energy levels after about a week taking it, depending on my diet, and it is a great part of any well-rounded supplement stack/routine.Overall, a non-sexy, old reliable supplement of good quality.

Zinc picolinate for superior absorption. Perfectly good zinc picolinate in a very tiny easy to swallow capsule. Reasonable safe amount at 15 mg per capsule. Take with food or within an hour or after a meal.Momentus supplement collection has been developed with Dr. Huberman, who I am rather familiar with from watching/listening to his health and human interest podcasts onYou tube. Good stuff. Price tags usually reflect collaborations like this, but I dont rate on price. Seems to be of quality, and while the brand is new to me, Dr. H is not. It piqued my interest, and am glad to have tried this. I already take zinc- usually in another for, so I am eager to use a better option.I dont use zinc every single day. Or rather, I dont supplement zinc only every day. I pepper it in when I am run down, or might be in situation that may stress me out/run me down, or cold season etc. More of cycle thing for me.PS. magnesium stearate in the "other ingredients" is used as a flow agent (keeps product from sticking). Not a mag product.
